Armenia is an EAEU member outside the EU: nationals of EAEU states need no work permit. Visa-free entry applies to most passports, with the length of stay depending on citizenship. The constraints are salaries below European levels, high seismic hazard, border tension with Azerbaijan, and an Armenian language requirement for naturalisation.
