Your data

In short

The site collects nothing about you. Not on principle, but by construction: it has no server side for anything to be collected into. The pages are built into files in advance and simply handed to the browser.

What is not here

  • Counters and analytics — neither our own nor anyone else's.
  • Advertising and ad networks.
  • Forms: no sign-up, no subscription, no feedback box. There is nothing to send to the site.
  • Cookies. The site sets not a single one.
  • Requests to anyone else's domain. Fonts, flags, cards and map geometry are downloaded at build time and served from this same address, so an open page tells no third party anything about you.

What stays in the browser

The settings you pick are saved in the browser's storage so you are not asked for them again next time. These records sit on your device and are not sent to the site: there is nowhere to send them.

Matching conditions
The values of the «My conditions» filter: how many animals, whether parents come too, how many years to citizenship and so on.

Comparison list
The codes of the countries added to the comparison — no more than four.
relocation-compare-v1
Passport
The country code of the chosen passport. Needed to show the visa requirements for that passport in particular.

Currency
The currency code amounts are shown in.

You can erase them in the browser itself: «delete site data» for this address. There is no button for it on the site — it would do exactly the same thing, but would read as a promise the site is in no position to keep.

Hosting logs

Like any site, this one sits on a hosting provider, and the provider's server keeps an access log: the requested address, the time, the IP, the browser string. That is the host doing it, not the site; those records play no part in the project's work.

What this is not

What is gathered here are public facts with links to their sources, not personal immigration advice. Rules change, and a decision is worth checking against the country's own official source: links to those are on every page.
